My July 2025 claim was mishandled at the corporate level: liability was undisputed (police cited the other driver for no license/failure to yield), but corporate refused to confirm release of my totaled car to Progressive for appraisal despite repeated written requests. Local staff may be fine, but corporate claims support was unresponsive and full of valuation errors."

First off, his front office staff is friendly and helpful with years of insurance experience. Cory took the time to go through all of our policies and then meet with us in person to review them. He found many shortcomings in our policies and worked with us to explain why we were exposed and presented some options on how to fix them.
