"I have had State Farm Insurance since I got my first driver's lesson and my parents had State Farm Auto and Home all their married life. When my husband and I got married we chose and still have (52 years later) State Farm Home and Auto. Our three sons had State Farm also. State Farm and the agents we have had have been amazing and helped us through some of life's hard times (from auto accidents to home damages). We have had our current agent Cory Juma and cannot say enough about him and how he has helped us. His staff is amazing as well. No matter the question or the event that needs dealt with Cory and his staff are right on top of things. Other's we know who have had other insurance constantly tell us about how long they had to wait to set service or help with claims and how they are afraid to file claims be cause their rates go up. We have never that that experience with any State Farm office we have worked with. Yes, prices have gone up a little over the years like everything, but our filing a claims has not been the cause. Over the years we have looked at other insurance companies, and can honestly say that no one can beat State Farm and it's people to give you a good price and a team that helps you get through without delays. We have recommended State Farm to lots of people folks throughout the years. We now just recently have added a grandchild to his first State Farm Insurance auto policy. Heard so many folks tell horror stories about the cost of insurance for a teenage driver. Trust us State Farm has them all beat. So many other companies are also constantly selling out to others constant changing rules, staff, etc. But thank you State Farm for not only providing us with a good product and a great team of people to help us with our Insurance needs, but also being a part of our family for several generations."

I called into this State Farm office and spoke to Brandy about changing my renters' and auto insurance on my Bronco. I talk alot, and Brandy never made me feel like I was bothering her. So kind and caring about saving me some money on my "seniors budget". She went over coverages, limits and all the fine print and made it so easy. "My family has been with Cory Juma State Farm for longer than I can remember. Has to be 25+ years. I cannot say enough about this team. Everyone I have ever had contact with (including Cory) have never been anything but pleasant, professional, and courteous. I had a little mishap with my vehicle last summer and the team took care of everything. Their "Don't worry, we've got you" attitude is so refreshing in this day and age. Candy, Kathy, and I am sure there are/have been others over the years and simply wonderful. No question is "stupid" and they always open with a genuine "How are you?".
This probably sounds super cheesy, but they really do feel like an extended part of our family. They are the epitome of professionalism. Obviously when you are dealing with insurance something has gone wrong (car accidents, storm damage, etc). Always empathetic no matter how big or small the issue is.
